A SET OF 2 HAND AGED HISTORIC GIBSON PAF M-69 PICKUP MOUNTING RINGS, CREAM

The rings used in the 50's for PAF pickups are unique. Often called M-69 (or MR490 or MR491 which identifies the neck or bridge ring), because of the markings underneath the pickup ring. All PAF pickups should have a black or cream M-69 pickup ring. Neck pickup rings (thinner) are MR491, as molded on the underside. Bridge pickup rings (thicker) are MR490.

Here is a set of hand aged historic cream pickup rings by 59 Parts (ca. 1/4" for the neck and ca. 1/2" for the bridge)

- 1/4" (6 mm) for the neck ring and 1/2" (11,8 mm) for bridge

- historically correct

- rounded edges

- signs of overall wear

- darkened color

- 8 aged mounting screws included

- each set is hand numbered

They look like removed from an old Les Paul that served for hours of live gigs!
